Therapy & Consultation Services
Adult Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a supportive space to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief and loss, life transitions, burnout, and work stress. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and build practical strategies for relief and growth.
We use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to sessions are tailored to help you gain clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
Therapy for Teens
Adolescence is a time of growth, change, and new challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Teen therapy provides a safe, supportive space for young people to work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions.
Sessions focus on helping teens understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop practical coping skills, while involving parents in supportive ways that strengthen connection at home.
Child Therapy
Child therapy provides a safe, age-appropriate space for kids to manage anxiety, trauma, grief, or behavioral challenges. Through play, coping strategies, and emotional processing, children learn healthier ways to express themselves and build confidence. Parents are actively included, ensuring that progress in therapy carries into everyday life at home and school.
Parenting Support
Parenting support sessions give caregivers tools and encouragement to better understand and support their children. Using research-based methods like the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), we focus on building strong parent-child relationships, managing behavior with confidence, and reducing stress at home. These sessions also provide space for parents to process their own challenges with guidance and care.
